ISSUES I WORK WITH
As a person-centred therapist, I am happy to discuss whatever you wish to bring to therapy. I believe that talking through difficulties can be genuinely transformative when you are offered empathy, understanding, and a non-judgmental space - qualities I am committed to bringing to all my work.
My experience spans a wide range of areas, including:

-
Anxiety and depression
-
More complex conditions such as bipolar disorder and schizophrenia
-
Trauma and its wide-ranging impacts on daily life
-
Supporting neurodivergent clients, whether neurodiversity is the primary focus of therapy or a consideration within the context of other issues.
-
Identity including work with the LGBTQ+ community and individuals from a variety of cultures and ethnicities. Identity may be directly related to the concerns you’re bringing to therapy or simply an important part of who you are that deserves respect and understanding in our therapeutic relationship
I also find that many of my clients come for support to deal with life transitions and existential concerns, including:
-
Career challenges and decisions
-
Relationship difficulties
-
Loss of purpose or meaning
-
Spiritual questions and explorations

These issues can be particularly difficult to articulate and navigate alone. I offer guided support through these complex territories, creating space for the questions that matter most.
Additionally, I have particular experience in supporting men in therapy. Over half my current client base consists of men, which I consider particularly meaningful work. Many men find it challenging to openly discuss emotional issues and need a space where they feel truly heard and safe enough to express complicated feelings.
